CASE STUDY | ELGAS

We had the privilege of partnering with ELGAS, a leading player in the energy sector, to create a video production that would resonate throughout their organisation. The focus of this project was ELGAS' annual Safety Day, an event dedicated to reinforcing the importance of workplace safety and the shared commitment that every team member goes home safely. Safety is a core value for ELGAS, and they wanted to ensure that their safety messages went beyond the event itself, creating a lasting culture of safety across their workforce.

Our video production aimed to do just that. We recognised the significance of not only capturing the event but also conveying its essence to ELGAS' diverse workforce. Through powerful storytelling and immersive visuals, we crafted a video that not only highlighted the importance of workplace safety but also enabled team members to embody a safe working culture. The video provided a platform for management to communicate their dedication to safety, while also allowing employees to share their perspectives on the subject.

One remarkable aspect of this project was our ability to repurpose the content we captured during the Safety Day event. From our footage, we created multiple videos that ELGAS could continue to use in the following weeks and months. This extended the impact of the event far beyond its initial date, ensuring that the safety messages remained fresh and relevant to employees. ELGAS reported that the video series played a crucial role in reinforcing safety practices, streamlining onboarding, and creating a consistent safety culture. Furthermore, it resonated deeply with stakeholders, reinforcing ELGAS' commitment to safety and fostering trust in the organisation. Through this project, we witnessed the immense value that video holds in not only delivering critical safety messages but also in creating a safety-conscious workplace that safeguards every team member's well-being and ensures that they all go home safely, every day.
